Reshma is a Sustainability and ESG professional with over 14 years of experience in the field. Currently, she serves as the ESG Ratings Head for the US & Canada at Sustainable Fitch, based in Toronto. In this role, she leads the North American team in their analytical efforts to primarily deliver ESG ratings and other allied products to issuers and investors. She has been a part of Sustainable Fitch for nearly three years.

Prior to her tenure at Sustainable Fitch, Reshma spent a total of eight years with the U.S. Green Building Council in Washington DC, New Delhi and Toronto, where she rose to the position of Director of Technical Development. Her career also includes a significant three-year period as a sustainability and strategy consultant with Accenture Strategy in New Delhi, India. Reshma holds a master's degree in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburg and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Pune, India.
